Questions
Is it a subscription?
No. Every plan is a single payment, with no renewals, for access to that plan for as long as the studio runs.
How do I get in after buying?
Your receipt email contains a licence key. Enter it on the sign-in page and the studio opens. Each key works on a few devices, and you can sign out on one to free it for another.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Buy the plan you want and sign in with its key.
Can I sell what I print?
Seedling and Grower are for personal use. Pro includes a commercial licence to sell physical prints made with the studio. Reselling or sharing the files themselves isn't allowed on any plan. See the licence.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: ask within 5 business days of buying a plan and we'll refund it in full. Details are in the terms.
I don't have a 3D printer. Can I still get one?
Yes, and you don't need a plan. Design it in the studio with every setting, or pick a ready-made size in the shop, and we print and ship it.
What printer do I need?
Any FDM printer. Pick your bed size in the studio and it checks every part fits. PETG is recommended for anything that holds water.
